Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 30, 2026 · Version 1.0

This Privacy Policy explains how TGB Global Systems ("SyncdLabs," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the SyncdLabs platform (syncdlabs.com). By using the Platform you consent to the practices described here.


1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

  • Account data: email address, display name, role (creator or brand), password (hashed, never stored in plaintext)
  • Profile data: bio, social media handles and follower counts, niche, content categories, portfolio links, geographic location
  • Brand data: business name, website, industry, campaign briefs, product descriptions
  • Communications: messages sent through the platform between creators and brands
  • Support requests: information you provide when contacting support

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, clicks, referral URLs
  • Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers
  • Session data: authentication tokens stored in secure HTTP-only cookies
  • Conversion tracking: affiliate tracking codes and conversion events associated with campaigns

Information From Third Parties

  • Payment and subscription status from Whop (payment processor)
  • Email delivery status from Resend (transactional email provider)

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Platform
  • Match creators with brand campaigns (including AI-assisted matching — see our AI Disclosure)
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions via Whop
  • Send transactional emails (deal updates, payout confirmations, account notices)
  • Send marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and platform manipulation
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Enforce our Terms of Service

3. How We Share Your Information

With Other Platform Users

Creator profile information (display name, niche, follower counts, portfolio) is visible to brands on the Platform. Brand campaign information is visible to creators. Messages are visible only to the sender and recipient.

With Service Providers

We share data with the following third-party service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Supabase — database hosting and authentication (data stored in AWS us-east-1 region)
  • Whop — payment processing, subscription management, and membership gating. Whop's Privacy Policy governs data they collect directly.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Vercel — hosting, CDN, and serverless infrastructure
  • Anthropic / Claude AI — AI-powered platform features (see AI Disclosure). Data sent to Anthropic is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy and is not used to train their models under our enterprise agreement.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of SyncdLabs, our users, or the public.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or platform notification before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain certain records for up to 7 years for legal compliance (tax records, payout history, dispute records). Server logs are retained for 90 days. You may request earlier deletion of personal data subject to legal retention obligations.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary: Authentication session cookies required for you to log in and use the Platform. These cannot be disabled.
  • Functional: Preferences and settings you choose (e.g. notification preferences).
  • Analytics: Anonymized usage data to understand how the Platform is used and improve it. You may opt out via browser settings.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell your data to advertisers.

6. Your Rights

All Users

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Update inaccurate personal data through your account settings or by contacting us.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data (subject to legal retention obligations).
  • Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in any marketing email.

EEA / UK Residents (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Our legal basis for processing is contract performance (to provide the Platform), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, platform improvement), and consent (marketing communications). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, sell, or disclose; to request deletion; to opt out of sale; and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us at privacy@syncdlabs.com with subject line "California Privacy Request."

7. Children's Privacy

SyncdLabs is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided us personal data, we will delete it promptly. Contact privacy@syncdlabs.com if you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your data.

9. International Data Transfers

SyncdLabs operates from the United States. If you are accessing the Platform from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the US. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses where required by GDPR for such transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
