AI Disclosure

Effective Date: June 30, 2026 · Version 1.0

SyncdLabs uses artificial intelligence ("AI") to power certain features of the Platform. This disclosure explains what AI is used for, what it is not, and your rights in relation to AI-assisted functionality. We provide this disclosure in accordance with applicable laws and FTC guidance on AI transparency.

1. Where AI Is Used on This Platform

  • Creator-Brand Matching. AI analyzes creator profile data (niche, audience size, engagement patterns) and campaign requirements to surface relevant matches and recommendations.
  • Campaign Suggestions. AI may suggest campaign structures, pricing ranges, or deliverable formats based on historical platform data.
  • Content Moderation Assistance. AI assists in flagging potential policy violations for human review.
  • Search and Discovery. AI improves search relevance for the marketplace and creator discovery features.
  • Internal Platform Operations. AI assists our team with internal workflows, data analysis, and platform development. This does not affect your user-facing experience.

2. AI Provider

AI features on SyncdLabs are powered by Anthropic's Claude, a large language model (LLM) developed by Anthropic, PBC. Use of Claude is governed by Anthropic's usage policies. Data processed by Claude is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy. Under our agreement with Anthropic, your data is not used to train Anthropic's models.

3. What AI Does NOT Do on This Platform

  • AI does not make final decisions about your account, deal approval, payout eligibility, or account suspension. Human review governs all consequential decisions.
  • AI does not generate content on your behalf and present it as your own to brands or creators.
  • AI does not access your private messages without your explicit use of an AI-assisted feature.
  • AI recommendations are not guarantees. Match suggestions, pricing guidance, and campaign recommendations are informational only.

4. Limitations of AI

AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or biased outputs. We work to minimize these risks but cannot guarantee that AI-generated suggestions or rankings are always correct or fair. If you believe an AI-assisted feature produced an incorrect or unfair result that affected you:

  • Contact support@syncdlabs.com with details
  • All flagged outcomes are reviewed by a human
  • You have the right to request human review of any AI-influenced decision that materially affects you

5. No AI-Generated Legal, Financial, or Medical Advice

Nothing generated or suggested by AI features on SyncdLabs constitutes legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, or medical advice. For those matters, consult a qualified professional.

6. Data Used by AI Features

When AI features process your data, the following categories may be involved:

  • Creator profile data (niche, platform handles, audience stats)
  • Campaign brief data (brand, product category, budget range, deliverables)
  • Aggregated platform usage patterns (anonymized)

We do not send sensitive personal information (passwords, payment details, private messages) to AI systems. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

7. FTC Compliance

SyncdLabs complies with the Federal Trade Commission's guidance on AI transparency and endorsement disclosures. Creators on the Platform are required under our Terms of Service to clearly disclose paid partnerships in content they publish, regardless of whether AI-assisted matching was used to facilitate the deal. AI-assisted matches do not reduce or eliminate FTC disclosure obligations.

8. Automated Decision-Making (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing that produces legal or similarly significant effects. SyncdLabs does not make legally significant decisions solely by automated means. AI recommendations are always subject to human oversight. To exercise your right to human review of any AI-influenced outcome, contact privacy@syncdlabs.com.

9. Updates to This Disclosure

As our use of AI evolves, we will update this disclosure. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
